1. Enrollment & Participation
Admission to the program is subject to availability and verification of submitted details.
Participants must ensure regular attendance, complete assignments, and participate in hands-on labs to benefit fully from the training.

2. Course Fee & Payment
The course fee must be paid in full before the start of the training.
All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance or completion status.
Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances including withdrawal, absence, or dissatisfaction.

3. Course Delivery
The training will be delivered via online live sessions and/or recorded content.
Access to course material, recordings, and tools is provided for educational use only.
CloudCadre Tech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reschedule classes or change instructors in case of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during sessions.
Any form of disruption, misconduct, or misuse of course resources may lead to removal from the program without refund.

5. Certification
Course completion certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of all required assignments, quizzes, and projects as per the instructor's evaluation.

6. Intellectual Property
All training content, videos, slides, and resources are the intellectual property of CloudCadre Tech Pvt Ltd and are not to be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Legal Jurisdiction
